Moonshot Games is looking for a graphics engineer to design, implement and maintain the graphics system of our proprietary game engine.
As Moonshot’s graphics programmer, it will be your responsibility, in fact your mission, to make it possible for our artists to fully realize their artistic vision in the game, as efficiently and beautifully as possible, all while taking into account the feature set and performance limitations of various platforms (Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3). Your desire and ability to form strong working relationships with artists are essential in this role, as is your knowledge and understanding of real-time rendering techniques.
Requirements
- C/C++
- Strong CS and math fundamentals
- Expert knowledge of real-time rendering techniques
- Game-making experience (student or personal projects count)
- Multi-disciplinary team experience
Pluses
- Knowledge of Opengl and DirectX and experience developing for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3
- Prior industry experience
- Familiarity with 3ds Max, Maya, Mel, Python, LUA, C#
